Your business will be given priority over non chamber members when the Chamber of Commerce receives requests for information related to the work you do.

LAND O’ LAKES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Membership Dues Schedule
Membership Year: Current 2025 - May 31, 2026
Business Memberships: Business memberships include any sole proprietorship, corporation, partnership, limited partnership, association, or limited liability company engaged in business in the Town of Land O’ Lakes or surrounding area and operating with the required governmental licenses and permits. Business members may operate for profit or non-profit purposes.
Lodging/Accommodations
Lodging/Accommodations businesses that rent a room or rooms to individuals for short term stays. Dues for lodging/accommodations facilities are set by the number of units each facility has to rent.
Facilities with 1 or 2 units $145.00
Facilities with 3 to 5 units $165.00
Facilities with 6 to 12 units $195.00
Facilities with 13 or more units $210.00
Surcharge for non Land O’ Lakes Room Tax facilities $50.00
Retail, Service, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or other
Membership dues are set based on the number of equivalent full-time employees. Working owners and family are considered employees for purpose of this calculation (e.g: Two full- time working owners year-round plus two part-time employees for 3 months equals 2 ½ full-time equivalent employees)

Multiple Business Membership Discount
Owners of multiple businesses may elect to take advantage of the multiple business membership discount. In this case, the owners pay full dues for their business that would have the highest dues in accordance with the schedule above. The dues for each additional business are $75.00. The only difference is that they only get voting rights for one business, should an owner of multiple businesses want voting rights for each business, a full business membership must be paid for each.
New Business Discount
A business is considered a “new business” if either the business has not been a Land O’ Lakes Chamber member for the past three years or the business ownership has changed during the previous year. New businesses receive 50% off of the regular dues, as described above.
Non-profit Membership
Non-profit membership is open to any non-profit organization, club, school, or Governmental Body not engaged in representing a business. Non-profit membership costs $25.00.
Friend of Land O’ Lakes Chamber Membership
Friends of Land O’ Lakes Chamber membership is for individuals, resident and non-resident, who wish to demonstrate support for the Chamber, its mission, and the prosperity of Land O’ Lakes. Friend of Land O’ Lakes membership costs $25.00
